A dry heat sterilizer ensures effective sterilization of metal tools used in manicure, pedicure, and cosmetology—such as tweezers, scissors, drill bits, and others. Its operation principle is based on exposure to high temperature and maintaining it for a certain period, which guarantees complete destruction of microorganisms and the safety of procedures.

How sterilization occurs at 200°C:

1. Preparation of tools:

   • Tools must be thoroughly cleaned before sterilization: they should be washed, disinfected, and completely dried.

   • After treatment, tools are packed into special sterilization pouches that are heat-resistant and have thermoindicators which change color when sterilization is complete.

2. Process in the sterilizer:

   • The device is set to a temperature of 200°C and preheated.

   • Pouches with tools are placed inside the sterilization chamber.

   • The standard sterilization cycle lasts 60 minutes at 200°C.

During this time, hot air circulates evenly inside the chamber, providing effective destruction of bacteria, viruses, spores, and fungi through thermal oxidative treatment.

3. After sterilization:

   • The device gradually cools down with the door closed to avoid thermal shock and maintain sterilization effectiveness.

   • Instruments are stored in sterile pouches until opened, ensuring the preservation of their microbiological cleanliness.
